Thalia specializes in workflow optimization, process design and administrative efficiency. Her strong pattern recognition and ability to balance competing priorities are central to her craft. She has developed her skill set over the span of eight years of service under diverse leadership in both the public and private sectors and has joined the Alex Nahai Law team in October of 2025.
